David Zobel

Dave is a real estate trial lawyer.

Since 1983, he has helped clients resolve land disputes, in court and out of court, involving:

  • Construction defects
  • Breach of sales contracts
  • Fraud in the sale of real estate
  • Breach of lease agreements
  • Foreclosure sales and whether they were conducted according state and federal laws and federal regulations
  • Mechanic’s liens
  • Condominium association/unit owner issues
  • Improperly conducted termite/moisture damage inspections

Litigating real estate issues requires attention to detail and a thorough knowledge of case law. But it also requires the skill of telling a complicated story in a courtroom before a judge and a jury, or in a hearing before an arbitrator. That’s what Dave loves – taking facts, documents, and witness testimony and crafting them into a compelling argument.
