PRACTICE OVERVIEW
Ms. Eick’s principal areas of practice include Family Law, Landlord-Tenant disputes, Civil Litigation, and AppellateAdvocacy.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Growing up in Williamsburg, Virginia, Ms. Eick has always had a passion for law. She graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science. Ms. Eick was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received a scholarship to intern for the Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons for the U.K. Parliament.
Ms. Eick received her Juris Doctor from William and Mary Law School. During law school, Ms. Eick served as Senior Notes Editor on the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal and participated in the Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic. She also interned with the Office of Pro Se Staff Attorney under the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Following law school, Ms. Eick obtained a Master of Laws in International Economic Law from the University of Edinburgh. Her dissertation focused on American use of trade remedies under international law. She graduated with distinction.
Ms. Eick is a keen problem-solver, who enjoys assisting clients in navigating the complexities of the legal system in an efficientand timely manner.Her attention to detail, diplomatic tact, compassion, and assertiveness benefits clients both in and out of the courtroom. In her free time, Ms. Eick enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

Ms. Eick is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Ms. Eick is an active member of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association and the Virginia Beach Bar Association. Ms. Eick is also a member of the Family Law and Litigation sections of the Virginia State Bar.
