Sandra Liedl

PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Sandra’s principal area of practice is real estate law, focusing on residential real estate transactions and settlements.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Sandra is a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach and is deeply committed to serving the community where she was raised. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Wesleyan University and her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2021. During her time at Regent, Sandra served on the Honor Council, was President of the Virginia Bar Association Law Student Council and worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Career and Alumni Services.

After being admitted to the Virginia State Bar, Sandra worked for the law firm of Jones, Walker & Lake, P.C., where she found fulfillment in guiding homebuyers through the settlement process, helping them navigate one of the most exciting—and sometimes stressful—chapters of their lives. In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Sandra also has experience representing hard money and private lenders and ensuring their financial interests are protected throughout the life of the loan.

Outside of the office, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, line dancing, and spoiling her pets.

BAR ADMISSIONS:

Sandra is licensed to practice law in both Virginia and North Carolina.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Sandra is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar and is an Area Representative for the Real Property Section of the Virginia State Bar. Sandra has had two articles published in the Fee Simple, the Journal of the Virginia State Bar Real Property Section. These include,  “Holding on to a Family Legacy” , Coauthored with Kathryn N. Byler in the Fall issue of 2021, and “Mechanic’s Liens and Super-Priority”, in the Fall issue of 2024.
